Malaysia adds 17,236 cases today! 6 states exceeded one thousand!

The Ministry of Health pointed out that as of 12:00 noon on August 9, there were 17,236 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in Malaysia, and the cumulative number of cases reached 1,279,776.

According to data released by the Ministry of Health, the region with the most new confirmed cases today is Selangor, with a total of 5,740 confirmed cases, followed by Kuala Lumpur (1,567) and Kedah (1,328).

Other states and Federal Territories have new cases: Perlis (22 cases), Penang (908 cases), Perak (935 cases), Kelantan (914 cases), Terengganu (501 cases), Pahang ( 604 cases), Negeri Sembilan (1,215 cases), Putrajaya (66 cases), Malacca (360 cases), Johor (1,232 cases), Labuan (8 cases), Sarawak (589 cases) and Sabah (1,232 cases).
