A tourist was left stranded on a 100m bridge made of glass walkways in Piyan Mountain, near Longing, China. Due to high winds of a 150km/h, the glass panels on the bridge blew off and shattered. This extreme weather also caused the railings of the bridge to be damaged. The man was trapped momentarily and managed to make his way to safety, aided by park officials and firefighters. The unfortunate tourist was taken to the hospital to be observed and received psychological counseling. It is reported that the man is now in stable emotional and physical condition. Due to this incident, the area is now closed for further investigation.
