Due to the recent events, Maybank has announced the shortening of their operating hours from 9.30am to 1.00pm effective today on the 11th March 2021. Certain branches are also closed during this time such as the KLCC, Mid Valley, KL Sentral and Jalan Pudu branches. For the full list of closed branches, find it here.
Maybank encourages you to use their digital platforms for daily banking needs. However if you need to visit a branch, it is preferable that you use EzyQ to make your appointment to ensure your spot and avoid gathering during this pandemic.
