As of 28 August 2024, the Maybank2u MY app will be discontinued. To continue managing your banking activities, you will need to switch to the MAE app. If you haven’t already done so, please download the MAE app before this date, as the Maybank2u MY app will no longer be accessible.
The MAE app not only includes all the features of the Maybank2u MY app but also offers additional banking and lifestyle services. One of its key features is Secure2u, which provides enhanced security for authorizing transactions. To activate Secure2u, you’ll need to register through the MAE app and then complete the activation at any Maybank ATM.
*Please note that there is a minimum 12-hour waiting period for Secure2u activation to help prevent unauthorized access.
This transition is part of Maybank’s efforts to improve your online banking experience. You can still access your account through the Maybank2u website if needed.
