Three tearjerker films and tv from three distinct nations, languages, and genres are suggested!

People who enjoy seeing tragedies have a strong heart and are curious about sorrow since they haven’t seen it clearly.

The first one to introduce is a 2011 anime《Hotarubi》, directed by Takahiro Omori. (refer https://www.hotarubi.info/)

Hotaru Takekawa, 6, spent one summer at her grandfather’s house. She entered the monster-infested mountain god forest. A huge boy in a fox mask materialised in front of her and took Hotaru home. Despite her gratitude, the guy forbids her to touch her. 

Next character is Silver, the boy, who is not a human. He will vanish in smoke if touched by a human. Soon Hotaru and Gin became best friends, and they explored the forest together. Every summer, Hotaru returns to the woodland to see her friends.

Guido (Roberto Bernini) greeted Dora (Nicoleta Blaski), a lovely female instructor, and bowed politely: “Good day! Princess!”. “Chinese Paladin” is based on the most classic PC game ever in China. The story is about the main character Li Xiaoyao (Hu Ge) seeks a miracle medicine to help his great aunt Ling Er (Liu Yifei) who has a peculiar disease and lives on the fairy island. 

Besides, they swore together they will never forget each other. After rescuing her aunt, Yao was misled into “Wangyou San” and forgot everything with Ling Er, who was expecting, discovered she was a “Mother of the Earth” Nuwa descendent.
