The Touch ‘n Go e-wallet suffered a system outage today (June 17), making it impossible to transfer or pay money, including the shopping mall parking lot that uses the service, causing people to complain.
TnG Wallet also apologized to users on Facebook, stating that they knew that people could not pay, and the company is currently working on fixing the problem and will notify everyone when the system is restored.
In any case, the post doesn’t say when the fix was successful.
