Ingredients: 60g small sago pearls +1.5 Litre+150ml+1 Litre

Step 1- Bring 1.5 liter of water to the boil, add in 150ml of water into sago.
Step 2- Bring to the boil, turn to medium heat and cook for 5 mins.
Step 3 Stir occasionally.
Step 4- Off the heat, cover it, let sago soaks for 10 mins.
Step 5- Sago is semi-transculent. (with white spot in center.)
Step 6 Drain & Rinse sago with running water untill it is cooled.
Step 7 Ready to eat your Sago Pearls.
