Shopee will now be changing the way you select your preferred shipping methods. After this upgrade, buyers will now only get to choose the type of delivery that they want e.g standard delivery and Shopee will determine which courier is the best based on the delivery capacity and performance of the couriers.
This means that buyers now will not be able to choose which couriers that they would like anymore. Shopee has taken control over which couriers will ship to your parcel in order to prevent delays in delivery during peak seasons. According to Shopee, patrons will enjoy lower shipping fees as it will be optimised to as low as RM2. Furthermore, buyers can also enjoy free shipping below 5kg*.
