Have you checked your MySejahtera Application and found that your vaccination centre is in another state? Maybe you relocated in between your vaccination doses and are unable to travel so far. Do not worry, you may change your vaccination appointment to your nearest vaccination centre. Here is how you can do it:
Step 1: Open the MySejahtera App and Select More
Step 2: Select Helpdesk
Step 3: Press Start on the Helpdesk
Step 4: Select A Vaccination Appointment
Step 5: Select C
Step 6: Select E
Step 7: Fill in the details
Step 8: Click Submit
Do note that you are unable to change your vaccination appointments for AstraZeneca at this moment. Follow JR Sharing for more updates.
