Here is a list of roadblocks in Penang during the implementation of MCO 3.0 as at 10 May 2021

As at 10 May 2021, Penang will be undergoing MCO 3.0 in 3 districts at Timur Laut, Barat Daya and Seberang Perai Tengah and 3 zones in Mukim 12, Bandar Butterworth and Mukim 14. Here is the list of roadblocks in Penang for MCO 3.0.

Roadblocks in Timur Laut:

  1. Tun Dr.Lim Chong Eu Highway (Heading to Penang Bridge)
  2. In front of Kompleks Sukan Batu Uban
  3. Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah (In front of Balai Polis Sg. Nibong
  4. Jalan Bukit Gambir (In front of Seri Nibong Apartment)
  5. Jalan Paya Terubong (In front of Durian Shop)
  6. Jalan Paya Terubong (In front of Petronas)
  7. Jalan Batu Ferringhi (In front of Ferringhi Villa)
  8. Jalan Pangkor
  9. Jalan Pangkalan Weld

Roadblocks in Barat Daya:

  1. Jalan Sultan Azlan Shah (In front of Petronas)
  2. Jalan Batu Maung (Heading to Penang Bridge)
  3. Anjung Indah Jalan Tun Sardon

Roadblocks in Mukim 15 Seberang Perai Utara:

  1. Plaza Tol Bertam
  2. Jalan Pinang Tunggal
  3. Jambatan Merdeka
  4. Permatang Bendahari
  5. Jalan Ara Kuda
  6. Jalan Kampung Selamat
  7. Exit Borr to Butterworth
  8. Jalan Chain Ferry
  9. Plaza Tol Sungai Nyior
  10. Jalan Telok Air Tawar
  11. Jalan Permatang Pauh
  12. Jalan Sungai Lokan
  13. Exit Borr to Sungai Lokan
  14. Jalan Pantai Bersih
  15. Jalan Permatang Tok Jaya

Roadblocks in Seberang Perai Tengah:

  1. Plaza Tol Juru
  2. Plaza Tol Jambatan Pulau Pinang
  3. Plaza Tol LLB Perai
  4. BKE KM 2.4 Seberang Jaya Highway (IKS Jelawat)
  5. BKE KM 14.2 Highway (Kubang Semang)
  6. Jalan Kulim Machang Bubok
  7. Jalan Permatang Tinggi
  8. Jalan Perindustrian Bukit Minyak

Roadblocks in Seberang Perai Selatan:

36. Plaza Tol Jawi
37. Jalan Permatang Keling
38. Sg. Acheh Jalan Sg. Bakau
39.Tol Bukit Tambun Utara
40. Jalan Besar Simpang Ampat
41. Tol Bukit Tambun Selatan
42. Tol Bandar Cassia

 

Furthermore, locations in Penang under HIDE (Hotspot Identification for Dynamic Engagement) are Queensbay Mall, Gurney Paragon Mall, Lotus’s Penang, Aeon Queensbay and Toshiba Tec Malaysia Manufacturing Sdn Bhd. Due to this, retail centers that have been closed due to deep sanitisation will be opened today.
